Cancellation and rescheduling policy
At Lucio Health, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Because our doctors dedicate time to prepare for each consultation, we ask for as much notice as possible if you need to make a change.
Our Policy
- More than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund.
- 24–48 hours’ notice: 70% refund (30% retained to cover preparation and administration).
- On the day or with less than 24 hours’ notice: Full fee payable.
We ask for payment in advance to confirm all appointments.
Extenuating Circumstances
We know that sometimes cancelling at short notice is unavoidable. Whether it’s illness, a family emergency, or something else unexpected, we’ll always do our best to be fair.
If this applies to you, please let us know as soon as possible. Our Practice Manager will review your situation, and where appropriate, we may be able to offer flexibility.
